I think you misunderstood me when I said I am studying, I just finished first year so I am using the summer lull to study for the boards.  

Here let me rephrase them as explaining is a key part:

For question one the thing was asking about the two classes of bacteria (there are a few odd balls that don't belong in either), which is based on the outer part of the bacteria.  Gram Negative and Gram Positive have different methods of attack (Gram negatives have a little piece that is a fat that is very immunogenic.  Gram positives have a protein outer part that is immunogenic.

E. Coli very common bacteria, Vibrio cholera is a huge cause of cholera (due to a toxin it produces).  Bordella Pertussis is the cause of pertussis or the P in the DTap vaccine which also includes Diptheria and Tentanus.
